These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Finrys s. r. o. ("Finrys", "we", "us") when you access or use the Finrys website and services at finrys.com. By creating an account or using Finrys you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Important — Finrys is not financial advice
Finrys is a research and analysis tool. The valuations, scores, fair-value estimates, watchlists, and any other content we display are general information for educational and research purposes only.
We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker, or financial planner. Nothing on Finrys constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind.
Investment decisions are entirely your responsibility. The value of investments can go down as well as up, past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Before making any investment decision, consult a qualified, licensed adviser in your jurisdiction.
2. What Finrys does
Finrys is a value-investing research platform. We aggregate publicly available financial data and apply quantitative models (discounted cash flow, multiples, quality scores, moat analysis) to estimate intrinsic value and present the results in a structured format.
We provide free tiers (anonymous preview and a free signed-in plan) and paid subscriptions (Premium and Premium Plus) with broader access. The exact features of each tier are described on our pricing page.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly at info@finrys.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then.
We may change prices in the future. Price changes apply only to renewal periods after we notify you, by email, at least 30 days in advance. Existing paid periods are honoured at the price you paid.
5. EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
By starting to use any paid feature within those 14 days, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun (Art. 16(m) of the Directive). If you have not started using a paid feature, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund — write to info@finrys.com from the email address tied to your account.
This section does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your national law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from Finrys other than through interfaces we expressly offer for that purpose; (b) resell, redistribute, or republish Finrys data or content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' accounts; (d) use Finrys to engage in any activity that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or interferes with the service's normal operation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
7. Intellectual property
The Finrys website, software, design, brand, calculated metrics, and editorial content are protected by intellectual property law and remain our property or that of our licensors. Raw underlying financial data is sourced from public regulatory filings (e.g. SEC EDGAR) and is not owned by us.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Finrys for your own research purposes during your subscription.
8. Data accuracy and service availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep our data current and our calculations correct, but we cannot guarantee that all data is accurate, complete, or up to date at any given moment. Financial data is sourced from third parties (regulatory filings, market data feeds) and can contain errors, omissions, or delays.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be free from defects.
You should always verify any number you intend to rely on against the original primary source (the company's filings).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finrys is not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from reliance on any data or analysis it provides.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where appropriate. We may also terminate accounts immediately for repeated or serious breaches (e.g. fraud, abuse, scraping).
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Slovak Republic have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Finrys after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Contact
